| Solutions Support Specialist
The Solutions Support Specialist will be responsible for providing a variety of support to Balance Innovations customers and the Balance Innovations sales team.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Developing a detailed understanding of the installation and use of all Balance Innovations products
- Demonstrating Balance Innovations products to varying sizes of audiences
- Performing field observations utilizing time and motion studies to determine potential return on investments
- Providing customer training on products during lab installations, pilots, and rollouts
- Traveling, reaching peaks of 50% (approximately 10 days per month) during rollouts
Requirements/Qualifications
- A thorough understanding of Windows XP
- Cash-handling experience in a retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex problems
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present technical material to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Sales experience is a plus
